14/10/10: CHASING SCREEN MUSIC GONGS

The Chaser’s Chris Taylor and Andrew Hansen will again host this year’s Screen Music Awards (Edge Theatre, Melbourne, Nov 9), acknowledging music composers across 12 categories representing feature films, children’s television, advertising, documentaries, short films and everything in between.

Composer pianist Paul Grabowsky returns for the fifth year as Musical Director to conduct a live orchestra performing a selection of this year’s nominated compositions.

For the first time, the awards show will include interview clips with nominees (produced by Urban Cinefile) as well as the usual excerpts from the nominated feature films and other categories.
