COMPETITIONS
ST VINCENT DVD
Win one of 10 DVD copies of St Vincent, starring Bill Murray, Naomi Watts, Melissa McCarthy and Jaeden Lieberher, courtesy Roadshow Entertainment. Available on Blu-ray and DVD from April 29.

Movie reviews:
ONE EYED GIRL
(US, 2014) Dir: Nick Matthews. Stars Mark Leonard Winter, Steve LeMarquand. "... the kind of psychological thriller we might expect from Scandinavia and it's a pleasure to see it as a homegrown product, complete with authentic Australian elements," says Andrew. "Elevated by an evocative music score and soundscape, Nick Matthews' dense psychological thriller delicately explores the complex human psyche in which purpose, pain and redemption of the soul play a vital part," says Louise.

Movie reviews:
KUMIKO, THE TREASURE HUNTER
(US, 2014) Dir: David Zellner. Stars Rinko Kikuchi, David Zellner, Nathan Zellner. "The two disparate halves of this fable are wonderfully juxtaposed, while Rinko Kikuchi delivers an outstanding and nuanced central performance where the main action is internal ... It's wonderful," says Louise. "The interesting thing for me is the film's intermittent excursion from drama into bleak comedy as Kumiko fumbles through her meagre life in a detached but determined pursuit of her dream," says Andrew.

Movie reviews:
UNFRIENDED
(US, 2014) Dir: Stars Shelley Hennig, Heather Sossaman, Moses Storm. "There are enough truths and scares in this teen horror flick to make anyone jumpy, all the action taking place online and through social media ... It's well done but whether the concepts of betrayal as depicted by this nasty snuff revenge movie is a positive influence for the young target market, is questionable," says Louise.

UPCOMING FILMS
[Coming in June, Love and Mercy, stars Paul Dano, John Cusack, Paul Giamatti. "The emotionally turbulent and musically brilliant times of Brian Wilson of Beach Boys fame is often as jarring as a discord. To describe it in musical terms, the film can switch from major to minor key in seconds," says Louise.]

Competition winners:
